There are very few sandwiches that feel as iconic as a good club. It’s stacked, hearty, and hits all the right textures in every bite. Today, I’m making a classic club sandwich, but I’m adding one little twist that makes it extra special — sliced hard-boiled eggs tucked into their own layer. They add creaminess and richness without turning into egg salad. And because we’re keeping things traditional, we’ve got crispy bacon, juicy tomatoes, shredded lettuce, thin-sliced ham, roasted turkey, and toasted bread that gives everything the perfect structure.

Even better, this sandwich comes together quickly, and it’s as fun to build as it is to eat. It’s the kind of sandwich that feels nostalgic, yet slightly elevated. And if you’re anything like me, you’ll love how each layer has its own identity. The BLT layer is salty and bright, the deli ham and turkey layer gives that classic club flavor, and the egg layer adds richness and texture. Additionally, the pickle chips add tang and crunch which keeps every bite exciting.

FAQ

Can I make this ahead of time?

You can prep ingredients ahead, but stack right before serving so it stays crispy.

Do I have to use pickles?

No, but they add the perfect hit of acid. Cucumber gives a milder crunch.

Can I swap the turkey?

Absolutely — chicken works beautifully and gives rotisserie-deli vibes.
