Ingredients
  

  • 3 slices sourdough bread white or
  • 2 Tbsp Butter for toasting

BLT Layer

  • iceberg Shredded or romaine lettuce
  • 4 slices bacon fried crispy
  • 4 tomato slices
  • Salt + pepper

Deli Layer

  • 3 slices ham
  • 3 slices roasted turkey or chicken
  • 1 slice Swiss or provolone
  • 4 slices onion red or sweet
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard

Egg Layer

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs sliced
  • Dill pickle chips or cucumber slices
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonaise

Instructions
 

  • Toast bread until golden and butter one side of each slice.
  • Build BLT layer on first slice: lettuce, bacon, tomato, mayo, salt + pepper.
  • Add second slice of toast and spread Dijon on both sides; add ham, turkey, cheese, and onion.
  • Spread mayo on third slice (butter down) and top with sliced eggs, pickles.
  • Stack all layers, secure with picks, and cut into quarters.
