How to Make This RIDIC-ULICIOUS Cranberry Raspberry Ring

Step 1: Make the Jell-O Mixture

In a medium bowl, dissolve the raspberry Jell-O in 1 ¾ cups of boiling water. Stir until smooth, then add the undrained crushed pineapple and cranberry sauce. Mix well.

Step 2: Create the First Layer

Pour half of the Jell-O mixture into a bundt pan and refrigerate until it sets, about 1 hour.

Step 3: Add the Creamy Layer

Once the first layer has set, gently spread the sour cream on top. This creamy middle layer adds a rich contrast to the fruity flavors.

Step 4: Sprinkle the Pecans

Add the chopped pecans over the sour cream layer for a little crunch and nutty flavor.

Step 5: Finish with the Final Layer

Pour the remaining Jell-O mixture on top and refrigerate until fully set — at least 4 hours or overnight.

Step 6: Unmold and Serve

To release, dip the bundt pan in warm water for a few seconds and carefully invert it onto a serving platter. Watch as your Cranberry Raspberry Ring transforms into a gorgeous holiday centerpiece!
