Ingredients

For the Beef Bowl

For Serving

  • 2 bricks ramen noodles discard seasoning packet
  • 1/4 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 Green onions sliced
  • Dill pickles diced (optional)

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high and add ground beef. Cook until mostly browned, then add diced onion and cook until softened. Season with Worcestershire, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in half & half and shredded cheddar. Let the sauce melt and thicken. Add cornstarch slurry if you want a thicker or silkier sauce.
  • Meanwhile, cook ramen bricks in boiling water for 2–3 minutes. Drain.
  • Divide noodles into bowls, ladle beef sauce over top, and finish with shredded cheddar, bacon, green onions, and pickles if using.

Notes

  • American cheese melts beautifully in place of cheddar for a classic burger taste.
  • For a patty melt spin, use Swiss and caramelized onions.
  • For extra richness, swap half & half for heavy cream.

Storage

Store up to 3 days in the fridge. Reheat with a splash of broth or milk to loosen the sauce.
