Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium-high and add ground beef. Cook until mostly browned, then add diced onion and cook until softened. Season with Worcestershire, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in half & half and shredded cheddar. Let the sauce melt and thicken. Add cornstarch slurry if you want a thicker or silkier sauce.
Meanwhile, cook ramen bricks in boiling water for 2–3 minutes. Drain.
Divide noodles into bowls, ladle beef sauce over top, and finish with shredded cheddar, bacon, green onions, and pickles if using.
