These Cheesesteak Hawaiian Roll Sliders are a RIDIC-ULICIOUS crowd-pleasing recipe made with thinly sliced steak, sautéed peppers and onions, and melty provolone layered inside soft Hawaiian rolls. Brushed with garlic butter and baked until golden, these sliders deliver classic cheesesteak flavor in an easy pull-apart party dish. Perfect for game day, weeknight dinners, and gatherings, and you can even swap ribeye for minute steaks or sirloin in a pinch.
Keep the Hawaiian rolls attached and slice them horizontally to create a top and bottom layer. Place the bottom layer in a baking dish.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shaved steak and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from skillet.
In the same skillet, cook peppers and onions for 5–7 minutes, until softened and lightly caramelized.
Add minced garlic during the last minute.
Place a layer of provolone cheese on the bottom rolls.
Spoon the cooked beef over the cheese.
Add the sautéed peppers and onions.
Add another layer of provolone cheese.
Place the top rolls back on.
Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush evenly over the tops of the rolls.
Cover with foil and bake for 12 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5 minutes longer, or until golden brown and melty.
Let cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders. Serve warm.
