Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread

Ingredients
  

Dough

Filling

  • 6 Tbsp melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • cups mozzarella shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar shredded

Finish

  • 2 Tbsp butter melted
  • 2 Tbsp parsley chopped - optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add milk and butter; mix to form dough.
  • Knead 6–8 minutes until smooth. Rise until doubled.
  • Punch down dough, roll into log, cut into 12 pieces.
  • Press into 4-inch discs. Brush with garlic butter and cheese.
  • Stack and place in greased loaf pan. Rise until doubled.
  • Bake at 350°F for 45–50 minutes.
  • Mix melted butter & chopped parsley together.
  • Brush with butter and serve warm.
