Combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add milk and butter; mix to form dough.
Knead 6–8 minutes until smooth. Rise until doubled.
Punch down dough, roll into log, cut into 12 pieces.
Press into 4-inch discs. Brush with garlic butter and cheese.
Stack and place in greased loaf pan. Rise until doubled.
Bake at 350°F for 45–50 minutes.
Mix melted butter & chopped parsley together.
Brush with butter and serve warm.
