With our easy-to-follow recipe, you can effortlessly whip up this crowd-pleasing garlic bread using frozen bread dough.
Using a bench scraper or knife chop bread into small chunks.
Make a well in center of your chopped bread, add the 3 eggs, 3 cups shredded cheese, onion powder, minced onion , minced garlic and parsley.
Chop all the ingredients together.
Divide dough into 2 well greased 9 x 5 bread pans, I also like to bake in the mini bread pans which I will get 1- 9 x5 and 3 mini loaves from this recipe. Cover and let rise until doubled in size.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown for large bread pans and 20 to 25 minutes for the mini or until golden brown. In a small bowl melt the 2 Tbsp butter and add the 1 tsp garlic powder. Remove from oven and brush with the melted butter and garlic powder. Immediately remove from pans and cool on wire rack.
