  • 1 bag 32 ounces frozen tater tots
  • cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill for indirect cooking to 375°F. If baking in the oven, preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Place a 12-inch cast iron skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef and breakfast sausage, breaking the meat apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease if needed.
  • Add the diced onion and bell peppers. Cook for about 5 minutes until softened. Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  • Add the Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  • Add the corn, cream of cheddar soup, and sour cream. Stir until fully combined and creamy.
  • Spread the filling into an even layer in the skillet.
  • Arrange the frozen tater tots over the top of the filling.
  • Place the skillet on the grill over indirect heat and cook for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the tater tots.
  • Continue cooking for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the grill, garnish as desired, and serve hot.
