  • Open one can of crescent roll dough and press into the bottom of the baking dish, pinching the seams to form a crust.
  • Spread the dijon mustard evenly over crust.
  • Spread corned beef evenly over the dough.
  • Add a layer of Swiss cheese slices.
  • Sprinkle the squeezed-dry sauerkraut over the cheese.
  • Drizzle Thousand Island dressing over the top.
  • Unroll the remaining crescent dough and place it over the top, pinching seams and edges to seal the casserole.
  • Brush the top with melted butter.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let the Reuben Bake casserole rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
