Garlic Aioli Beef Pizza

- 1 12" pizza crust homemade or store bought.
- 12 oz shredded swiss cheese
- 2 cups cooked roast beef shredded
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 2 Tbsp fresh chives opptional for garnish
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice fresh squeezed
- 1 head garlic roasted or minced roasted recommended. However you can just mince the raw garlic and use that instead!
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Preheat Grill to medium-high or preheat oven to 450℉ and place a pizza stone (if your using one) into the oven or on the grill to preheat.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
drizzle a medium size skillet with olive oil and cook sliced onions until slightly caramelized.
Sprinkle a pizza peel lightly with corn meal to keep your crust from sticking. Place Pizza crust on the peel.
Spread garlic aioli over entire surface of crust. Sprinkle shredded swiss and roast beef on top of garlic aioli. Top with caramelized onions.
Slide pizza onto your pizza stone and bake for 10-12 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped chives. Enjoy!!
