Jolly Jingle Mix
Jolly Jingle Mix is the perfect christmas chocolate coated candy mix! White chocolate coated Captain Crunch cereal, vibrant red and green M&M's, and tiny pretzel balls, is the perfect blend of sweet, salty, and crunchy goodness. This makes a great holiday gift bag or box!
Ingredients
- 6 cups Captain Crunch cereal
- 1 ½ cups M&M’s red and green
- 2 cups tiny pretzel balls or itsy bitsy pretzel twists
- 16 oz white chocolate chips or white chocolate melting wafers
Instructions
- Add the Captain Crunch, holiday M&M’s, and tiny pretzel balls to a large mixing bowl.
- Microwave Method: Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
- Double Boiler Method: Place chocolate in a heat-safe bowl over simmering water and stir continuously until melted and silky.
- Pour the melted white chocolate over the cereal mixture. Gently fold until everything is evenly coated.
- Divide the mix between two parchment-lined sheet trays. Spread into an even layer and let it cool at room temperature until the chocolate has completely set.
- Once hardened, break the mix into clusters and transfer to a serving bowl or airtight container.
