Ingredients

  • 4 3 oz Jello 2 red & 2 blue
  • 2 packets Unflavored gelatin Knox gelatin
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 cups Water
  • Whipped topping and sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  • In a small bowl mix red jello with 1 cup boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved. Let the mixture cool slightly, then pour a layer into cups. Place the cups in the refrigerator to set. It will take approximately 15 minutes for each layer to set.
  • Mix 2 packets of unflavored gelatin in another bowl with 2 cups hot water until dissolved and add 1 can sweet and condensed milk. Mix thoroughly (This will be enough for all 12 of your cups. Let it sit on the counter, if it begins to set you can sit the bowl in a little warm water.) Allow the mixture to cool. Pour a thin layer gently over the set blue Jello layer in the cups. Return the cups to the refrigerator to set the white layer.
  • Follow the same steps as the red Jello layer using the blue Jello powder. Let cool. Carefully pour the cooled red Jello mixture over the set white condensed milk layer in the cups. Refrigerate. Repeat these steps.
