1.5lb.beef sirloin steak or beef of choice cut into bite-sized pieces

1tbspchili paste

Instructions
Cut beef into bite-sized pieces
In a medium bowl mix 4 cloves of minced garlic, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey, and 1 tbsp chili paste in a bowl. Add the beef to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
When ready to cook, drizzle olive oil in a cast iron skillet or frying pan and preheat over medium-high heat. Make sure your pan is good and hot! Remove the beef from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
Cook the meat for 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked to your desired level of doneness. Serve the sweet and spicy steak bites over hot rice, noodles, or as an appetizer.
