These crispy Thanksgiving leftover stuffed waffles take your holiday leftovers and wrap them inside a golden, crunchy waffle. Filled with turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, and a drizzle of gravy, they’re the ultimate day-after treat. Easy, fun, customizable, and absolutely RIDIC-ULICIOUS.
Preheat waffle iron and generously spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
Add a thin layer of waffle batter to cover the bottom of the iron.
Add your fillings: a few spoonfuls of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, a little cranberry sauce, and a drizzle of gravy.
Top with another thin layer of batter just until the filling is covered.
Close the waffle iron and cook until the waffle is golden brown and crisp, about 4–5 minutes depending on your iron.
Carefully remove the waffle and serve warm with extra gravy or cranberry sauce on the side.
