Ingredients
  

For the Waffles

  • 2 cups waffle batter homemade or boxed mix
  • Cooking spray

For the Filling

  • 1 cup turkey cooked leftover, chopped
  • 1 cup stuffing
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes
  • Gravy for drizzling
  • Shredded cheese optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat waffle iron and generously spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Add a thin layer of waffle batter to cover the bottom of the iron.
  • Add your fillings: a few spoonfuls of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, a little cranberry sauce, and a drizzle of gravy.
  • Top with another thin layer of batter just until the filling is covered.
  • Close the waffle iron and cook until the waffle is golden brown and crisp, about 4–5 minutes depending on your iron.
  • Carefully remove the waffle and serve warm with extra gravy or cranberry sauce on the side.
