This Turkey Noodle Casserole is a creamy, cheesy, and comforting dish perfect for using up leftover Thanksgiving turkey. Made with tender noodles, savory turkey or chicken broth, peas, and a crunchy breadcrumb topping, it’s an easy dinner that the whole family will love!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 C). Grease a 9 x 13 pan and set aside.
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, turkey or chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, sour cream (or yogurt), garlic powder, and onion powder.
Add the cooked noodles, turkey, peas, and mozzarella to the bowl. Stir until everything is well mixed.
Spread the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is bubbly.
