  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 C). Grease a 9 x 13 pan and set aside.
  • Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, turkey or chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, sour cream (or yogurt), garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Add the cooked noodles, turkey, peas, and mozzarella to the bowl. Stir until everything is well mixed.
  • Spread the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
  • Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is bubbly.
