Ingredients
  

Base Filling

Buffalo Ranch:

  • 2 Tbsp buffalo sauce
  • 1 Tbsp ranch dressing
  • celery sliver

Everything Bagel:

  • 1 Tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • cucumber slice

Bacon Maple:

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp crispy bacon
  • bacon piece
  • maple drizzle

Spicy Red Chili:

  • 2 tsp roasted red chili paste
  • ½ tsp soy sauce optional
  • sesame seeds
  • snipped chives

Smoked Deviled Eggs:

  • smoked yolks added to base mixture
  • paprika dust
  • chive tip

Instructions
 

  • Boil the eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 12 minutes. Drain and transfer to an ice bath to cool.
  • Smoke the eggs(3 of the eggs) (optional): After peeling, place whole eggs in a smoker at 180°F for 30–45 minutes using applewood or pecan chips. The whites will absorb the smoky flavor while the yolks remain unchanged. Let cool slightly before halving.
  • Peel and halve: Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks to a mixing bowl.
  • Make the base filling: Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth. Add smoked yolks (if using) into the base mixture.
  • Divide and flavor: Split the yolk mixture into 5 bowls. Stir in the ingredients for each flavor: Buffalo Ranch, Everything Bagel, Bacon Maple, Spicy Red Chili, and Smoked Deviled Eggs.
  • Pipe and garnish: Pipe fillings into egg whites and garnish each flavor as directed.
  • Assemble the board: Arrange eggs on a serving board in rows by flavor. Label if desired and serve.
