Every great pie begins with a solid foundation, and this easy peanut butter pie is no exception. A homemade pie crust is what I prefer over graham cracker or oreo cookie crusts. But you can use whatever pie crust you love! A pastry crust gives this rich pie filling a slightly salty undertone that complements the sweetness. Prepare a homemade pie crust in advance or grab a store-bought crust for a quicker option. My recipe for flaky homemade pie crust is so easy and you can make them ahead and pop them in the freezer and you will have pie crusts ready at all times!
