Pour the dressing over the meat and vegetable mixture. Gently stir until everything is evenly coated.
Serving Suggestions
Serve the dip with an assortment of crackers, sliced baguette, or pita chips.
For a lighter option, use veggie sticks like celery, carrots, or bell peppers.
Spread the dip on small rolls to create mini hoagie sliders.
Tips for Customization
- Swap deli meats with options like pastrami, roast beef, or prosciutto.
- Add a spicy kick by incorporating crushed red pepper flakes or jalapeños.
- Experiment with different cheeses, such as cheddar, mozzarella, or hot pepper cheese.
- Include chopped black or green olives for a briny touch.
How to Store Hoagie Dip
- Refrigeration: Place leftover hoagie dip in an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir well before serving to redistribute the dressing.
- Freezing: Freezing is not recommended, as the fresh vegetables and dressing may lose their texture and flavor.
