Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound seafood imitation, or combiniation of crabmeat, shrimp etc.
  • 1/4 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup scallions or green onions finely sliced
  • 2 Tbsp fresh dill or 2 teaspons dried dill
  • 1/2 cup mayonaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp old bay seasoning
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl combine the imitation crab, celery, scallions and dill. In a small bowl combine the mayonaise, lemon juice, paprika, old bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Gently toss the dressing with the crab mixture until combined.
