  • 1/4 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup scallions or green onions finely sliced
  • 2 Tbsp fresh dill or 2 teaspons dried dill
  • 1/2 cup mayonaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp old bay seasoning
  • salt & pepper to taste
