Salad
- 10 oz fresh spinach washed and dried
- 1 cup strawberries sliced
- 1 cup blueberries or mixture of fresh berries
- 1/4 cup sweet onion minced
Dressing
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar or distilled white vinegar

Instructions
- In a large bowl toss spinach, sliced strawberries, blueberries, nuts and onion together.
- In a pint mason jar, put all the dressing ingredients in and shake well.
- Pour enough dressing over salad to lightly coat and toss. Store remaining dressing tightly covered in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Serve immediately.
