A refreshing twist on pizza night
Topped with a fresh Caesar salad
Easy to customize with store-bought or Homemade Pizza Crust
Ingredients You’ll Need
- 1 prepared pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 3/4 cup Caesar salad dressing (plus more for tossing)
- 1 pound grilled chicken breast, sliced (leftover or rotisserie works great)
- 1 3/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Croutons, for garnish
Tips for Best Flavor
Shred your own mozzarella for better melting and flavor—pre-shredded has added starches that affect texture.
Use fresh-squeezed lemon juice for a brighter, fresher finish.
🔥 How to Make Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza
Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 450°F or set your grill to medium heat. If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven or grill while preheating to ensure a crisp crust.
Step 2:
Brush the pizza crust with Caesar dressing. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly across the top.
Step 3:
Toss grilled chicken in a few tablespoons of Caesar dressing. Slice it thin and scatter it over the mozzarella.
Step 4:
Slide your pizza into the oven or onto the hot grill. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden and bubbling.
Step 5:
Meanwhile, toss your chopped lettuce with lemon juice and a little extra Caesar dressing.
Step 6:
Once the pizza is out of the oven, top it immediately with the dressed lettuce. Add Parmesan cheese and croutons. Slice and serve!
How to Store & Reheat
Place leftover slices in an airtight container in the fridge. For best results, reheat in a 375°F oven for about 5–7 minutes. The crust will crisp up again without drying out the chicken.
